If you prefer a slow pace that you can keep up with without losing your breath, still get a good workout and stretch and whether you are a seasoned yogi or a brand new newbie - this is your class.

Great for beginners and for those who prefer less cardio in their practice.  Gentle, Slow Flow Yoga incorporates a focus on alignment with slow, fluid movements, held a little longer thoughout the thoughtfully curated sequences.  This is great so a new student can learn the safe way to practice and a great mindful check in for the experienced yogi to re-connect with themselves.

Often there is an even split between seated, floor poses and a few balance standing poses, sometimes more floor work (maybe 60/40 split).  

This class creates deep relaxation while increasing mobility, flexibility and strength - without straining the muscles and joints.  Often body aches and pain begin to disapear after only a few weeks of practicing. All levels are welcome in this calming, laid-back practice.

Doors will open 15min. prior to class and lock at scheduled class time.
